What is a comment?A comment is a piece of text, submitted by a site visitor, which is appended to the foot of an article. Where can I comment? You can comment on any nomination in either the short or long lists. What can I say?Anything you like, but the National Fundraising Awards team reserves the right to unpublish any comments it deems to be defamatory, harmful or obscene. Why should I comment? To share information. To show encouragement or appreciation for special efforts. To discuss the awards, the nominations or the nominees. For fun. To widen the depth of experience for every visitor to the awards website. How do I comment? At the foot of an article there is an "add a comment" button. Click it and the comment entry form will appear. Do I have to give my details? We ask for a name to which we attribute the comment. You can give us your real name or a fake name. There are also spaces for email address and website. These are completely optional. Do I need to log in?No. What is the wierd looking number/letters thing? This is to protect us against spam. It is designed to tell if you are a human or an automated form-filling robot. I cannot see. How do I make a comment? We are fully aware that our method of protection against spam makes it difficult for peoplewith limited/no vision, but we have no facility for an audio equivalent at this time. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenince, and suggest that if you wish to leave a comment, just email your comment to us (
